At LittleWish, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right — with a smooth and thoughtful return process.
What items are returnable?
You may return an item if it meets the following conditions:

In unused, clean, and resalable condition

In the original packaging, with all tags intact

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
Refund options
You may choose one of the following:

Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
How do I ship my return?
If your return meets our return conditions, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label via email.

- The choice of delivery logistics requires the buyer to be responsible for the logistics method of customs clearance. The logistics method of the recipient's customs clearance cannot be used, otherwise the warehouse will not be able to receive the goods.After the return, please provide the return logistics tracking number or query website, to facilitate the follow-up query order location, as long as the display of delivery, support for the return, because the sender's reasons lead to customs investigation is not responsible.
When will I receive my refund?
After your return is received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your selected refund method.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. To exchange, simply return your item and place a new order for the desired product.
Gift returns
We do not offer exchanges for gifted items. If you wish to return a gift, please contact us at thelittlewish.eu@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Gift card refunds
Gift cards and purchases made with gift cards are non-refundable.
Changing your order
Can I update my shipping address?
Yes — if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us your order number and correct address. Once your order has shipped and a tracking number is issued, we can no longer make changes.
Can I update my billing address?
Billing addresses cannot be updated once the order is placed, but your order will still process correctly as long as your shipping address is correct.
Can I cancel my order?
Email us at thelittlewish.eu@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancel Order” and your order number. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it. Once your order is processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Order Issues
My package shows as delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes carrier tracking can be premature or inaccurate. We recommend:

Waiting 1–2 business days

Checking with neighbors or nearby households

Contacting the delivery carrier
If your package still hasn’t arrived after 7 days, contact us at thelittlewish.eu@gmail.com with your order number.
I still can’t find my package after 7 days.
We’re sorry to hear that. We will investigate the delivery with the carrier. Based on our findings, we may issue a replacement or offer store credit, at LittleWish’s discretion.
I received the wrong item or something is missing.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us your order number and a description of the issue, and we’ll work quickly to fix it.
Returned or replaced items
